Goodbye to Michael

Hey there, Gentile Viewers,

This particular post isn’t about updates and it isn’t about downloads. This post is to show reverence for a dear friend of mine who’s recently passed on.

He was kind, and bull headed. He was awful sometimes, and wonderful the other 90% of the day. He was whining one minute, and generous to a fault the next. He had a temper, an ego, and a huge, warm heart. Michael Apan will be missed.

You’re loved Mike, and I’ve got no doubt I’ll see you in Valhalla someday, after I’m taken down while I fruitlessly try to beat a hole into the Pope Mobile’s dome with a baseball bat. You’ll always be close to my heart and in my thoughts, just like I know you will for many others.

You’re missed more than you know, hun. One of these days I’m sure I’ll see you walking down the opposite side of the street, whistling and laughing about how you got all of us. And you did, you’ve got us. Especially me.
