Are Banks To Blame?

It’s Bank time again, yes the inevitable bank rants I love so much. Let’s focus on mortgages and home loans, shall we? Good, and now we press forward, lol.

I, personally, have gone through hell with my bank. They’re unfriendly, cold, condesending and could stand a trip through the Disney University to gain a little customer relations experience. I can’t even imagine having to deal with them more than I already do ( which is barely these days ), let alone going to them to try and get a home loan or take out a mortage no matter how much I needed the money. This bank is a nightmare, but that’s not to say all banks are that way.

Maybe it would be easier to go to them if they had some kind of workshop to teach their customers how to use their services. I mean, I don’t even know what bad credit remortgages are, let alone how to get one or how to use it if I did get one. I mean, granted, it’s not the bank’s fault if you’ve gotten in too deep and need debt consolidation, but they could put forth a little effort into what they are responsible for, which means they could pretend to actually do their jobs, lol. I don’t think that’s too much to ask, do you?
