Affording Las Vegas

Laota and I are, as you know, looking into moving to California but recently Josh, who’s moving to Nevada, said the prices for homes verses apartments there are getting better and better. His cousin lives in vegas and I guess she wants him to move closer, though I can’t imagine him wanting to spend that much, because he’s going to need to remodel whatever home he happens to buy and somehow I doubt he’d get good rates on Nevada Mortgages or loans of any kind, being that Nevada’s a tourist state more than anything else. Especially Las Vegas mortgages, I mean, I live in Missouri and mortage and loan rates here are insane, and hard to get on top of that. I wonder, though, if things are better out there?
