Has anyone ever heard of something called CRM Software? Apparently a company called AIMpromote sells their software to lead aggregation companies, which basically are businesses who generate leads and then sell leads, and they claim that this software of theres, CRM software, is able to help lead aggregation companies manage their entire business.

According to their website, AIMpromote’s CRM lead management software allowes the account holder to sell any type of lead they want, as many times as they want to sell it, and even sell it automatically. They can sell their leads before, after or even instead of making the sale themselves and run ROI reports on each lead as well as their website activity and individual campaigns. I, honestly, am not sure what all that means, lol, but I’ve recently been interested in what CRM is, I’ve heard about it a lot lately and would love to find out more.

I’d love to know what leads they’re talking about, for example, and so far AIMpromote.com has been a decent teacher but I think there’s room for improvement. I’d love to get into a business like this, if it were possible, but I’m not sure yet what it all entails.
