I don’t know if you’ve ever been to INC.com or not, but I went for the first time today and read through the Technology pages, specifically postings by Curt Finch on the Inc blog, and I’ve got to tell you, some of the stuff he’s written is really informative, especially the current blog’s mention of using the incentive system, and how handing incentive bonuses out directly to employees or to a manager isn’t as safe as dividing the incentive program duties up to keep the calculations on the level ( at least that’s how I understood it, lol ), which was something I never thought of – and being that some friends and I are starting a small business, it’s really something we should have thought of but never did. Makes me feel a bit on the stupid side, actually, lol.

Just to note: What I find offensive? Is what we'll call offensive, this being my blog and all. ;)
