Yet More Moving

Laota and I have found three, count them THREE, splendiferous apartments in St. Joseph just checking the internet since neither of us has any ability to go apartment hunting in person. All three apartments have pools, two have gyms and one has a clubhouse, sauna and free wireless internet service which will probably be the one we choose because, ahem, free wireless lol.

St. Joe is such a tiny town, 75000-ish people, but compared to here and our no stores, no jobs, 1800 people which are far out numbered by livestock, it’s like going to Metropolis when you’ve lived in Smallville all your life and, yes, being a comic book dork has tragically affected my analogical skills, lol.

We’ve been looking in to the beauty that are stores and jobs there, and it looks like both of us working full time at bare minimum wage would more than make that rent payment and utilities everymonth plus have plenty to live on – and since we’re not the wild child type, we wouldn’t be overspending on bars or clubs and would have plenty of money to save up for higher education which we both want. Yes, I just needed to gush, lol.
