Science Scares Me

Why was I never taught anything in school? Yes, cat is spelled with a C, the ocean is made of water and To Serve Man is a cookbook – I was paying attention. At no time did they tell me that methane gas in the ocean may have been responsible for one of the worst mass extinctions in the planet’s history, oh no, they forgot to tell me that part. In fact, they forgot tot ell me anything about methane gas having the ability to erupt out of the ocean like a deadly volcano.

I’m so thankful that I live in a time era where I can watch history and science explained to me in dumb-guy speak on the TV, and I’m ecstatic that I get to find out things that nobody bothered to mention to me in school. I sort of wonder why they bother having schools, because barely anything useful is taught until you reach college, which I’m only assuming because I didn’t have the money to go. Gee, thank you school, I’m glad I went to you, lol.
