Emperor

I’ve been sucked into a game and I can’t get out! I’d entirely forgotten how addicting Emperor: Rise of the Middle Kingdom was, I got the demo for it two years ago and within two weeks I just had to have the full version, and I’ve never regretted shelling out the money for it. It’s a fabulous game, beautiful graphics, super detailed. Almost every single person in Emperor says something when you right-click them, that had to be tiring to achieve.

Right now I’m on a campaign where I’ve got to simultaniously run a city and build a section of The Great Wall, and I’m failing miserably, but it’s a fun miserable, lol. My city just isn’t happy, not enough jobs to go around and my farmer dudes aren’t cranking out cabbage as fast as I want them to, and also because they’re lazy – allegidly, lol. I’ve also got Zeus, Pharoh and Caesar, but only the demo for Zeus since I can’t even seem to find it on eBay. I doubt I’d have room on my laptop for it, anyway, lol.
