Whoever said Paris was the city of lights has never seen New York City light up as the sun goes down. I’m not putting Paris down or anything, I mean, come on, it’s one of the most beautiful cities in the universe, and I’ve got no beef against going on Charleston Tours, but there’s something about the Big Apple that’s held my attention ever since I was a kid, I just love it there. I love that NYC energy and their fabulous, horrible attitudes. If you’ve been to NYC, then you know what I mean adn I don’t have to explain it to you. Now I want a black and white cookie, lol.
What I really want to do is go back to NYC and see the sighs like a real tourist, and I’ve never been to Lady Liberty, can you believe that? I think my best bet upon going back would be to hook myself up with New York City Tours and really see the city, the right way, with all the neat historical things pointed out to me so I don’t end up stumped. If I weren’t terrified of the Hudson, I’d say I’d try out the New York Splash Tour, where you can see New York from the water, isn’t that awesome? Of course, I need new shoes before I can go anywhere, I’ve worn the sole out of these sneakers and I need a new pair before I can contemplate going on vacation that I’l never go on, lol.
