Virtual Office

2007 | Business, Money, Random

I’m still salavating over the business VoIP over at Packet8. Ever since I found out about Packet8 Virtual Office, I’ve been trying to not-so-stealthily sway the hosting company I work for to employ it for our business and, I have to say, I’m doing a stellar job, lol. When I say “I’m doing a stellar job”, what I really mean is “I pointed them at the website and Virtual Office sells itself”, which can still be construde as me being a brilliant salesman, don’t you think? Lol.

Virtual Office is crazy cheap, and has great perks like the fact that the hardware is free, oh yes, free! Meaning you don’t have to pay out the nose for something that really should be free to begin with, plus you get free in-network inter-office calls to save you even more money. When I just said “you”, I meant “me”, lol. Not only that, but it’s only $89.99 for the Global Extension PLUS ( Unlimited calls to US, Canada and top 40 countries ), and that’s the most expensive extention, which is the single feature that my supervisor was the most interested in.

The only problem that I have with Packet8 is that it would be an easier sell to the company I work for if there were an easy to find diagram that potential clients could use to get to know the product better, but overall it’s really not too difficult. I’m hoping we can upgrade to Virtual Office before the holidays, wish me luck!
