Air Car, Please!

The longer I live, the more I realize I need to get that frigging van fixed or buy a new car. Unfortunately, I have absolutely no money and if I were to buy a car I’d have to resort to cheap loans to do it. I’m actually not sure if I’m in any way qualified for homeowner loans, considering I’m only co-owner of this place and I’d ever take out a loan against something that isn’t 100% mine, but I may opt for unsecured loans, even though I do have collateral, it’s really only a clunker of a van to put up and I’d really rather make monthly payments to get it paid off. I don’t know if I’d do it, though, I really don’t want to get into any debt, I’m poor so I’m very careful with my money and I’ve managed to steer clear of debt this far. Besides, personally, if I were to buy a brand new car I’d buy one of those $7000 gas/air ( yes, air ) hybrids and I don’t know if I’d even need a loan to get that – so long as I saved carefully – but if I found myself in a real pinch, and just had to have a working car, I suppose I’d have no choice.
