Ack, my back is driving me insane! I haven’t been sleeping especially well, I’m sure that’s part of it, and on top of all that neatness I think it’s possible that I’m going to end up having to spend the holidays with my family. Pew! The only person in my entire family that I’m in any way close to is my sister Laota, but I think it’s due to us braving the same horrible family lives that make us ideal for a backwards Cinderella story where Cinderella ( us ) is pretty horrible, too, and undeserving of a fairy tale, lmao.
At least most of the season we don’t have to deal with Mom and her “I’m The Daddy” boss who needs to start going home and fixing his own family, instead of poking himself into ours as if he’s the one missing piece that will make our family finally work properly. See, Bossman, as I’ve come to call him, is one of those people who think that everything that you do is stupid and worthless, and that the activities they engage in are a better use of time just because they are the ones that do them. You know, the weekend warrior types? The ones who think golf is exciting and make snide or racist remarks about anyone who’s not white? Needless to say, he isn’t a welcome sight around Laota and I. Laota actually threw him out of the house on my birthday when he wouldn’t leave me alone. That was nice, lol.
