You know what my all-time favorite city on the planet is? Anaheim, California. Oh yes. My sister, Laota, was born there and we’ve lived there on and off over the years and, in fact, we’re planning on moving back when we finally make it out of Missouri. One little tip for people who aren’t frequent movers like we were: The best way to navigate a new city you plan to move to is to use city travel guides. You can find just about anything you want in travel guides and, now with the benefit of the internet, you can look up everything you need to know about your destination.
Disneyland is easily my favorite theme part of all time, but if you don’t know much about the city you’re going to, you may want to loog on to Hotels By City where you can find out everything you need to know from a USA Hotel Guide to city attractions like theme parks, local events and you even find out what the weather is like!
An oddity to travel sites, that’s actually a really brilliant idea, is HotelsbyCity.net lists blogs with their travel guides to help you learn more about your destination and, if you’re still having trouble you can even visit your city of choice’s official website as linked right on HBC’s resource listings that can be easily navigate by city of choice. Why waste your time on another website? I’m definately using them to bone up on my Anaheim knowledge before we head back.
BEFORE YOU COMMENT: Please understand that, though I'm all for free speech, I'm also busy and downright mean. Because of this I will not tolerate offensive, inappropriate or hateful comments. I'll warn you and delete the offensive part, but if you repeat the offense I'll probably ban you from the domain. I'm sorry, but I just don't have time for spam, racism, and so on and so on. Just to note: What I find offensive? Is what we'll call offensive, this being my blog and all. ;)
