Spoiled Cat

Well, it’s official – my cat’s a spoiled @$$hole. Shortcake has a habit of ‘knocking’ on the front door when she’s hungry. She pulls the screen door open a bit and let’s it slam, then meows so we know it wasn’t just the wind. So, basically, she’s got us trained, lol. Well, since it’s been cold, she’s started living in the basement full-time and, instead of coming to the front door to eat, she starts calling us from the basement! If she hears us talking up here, or knows we’re here all of the sudden we hear her “I’m Hungry” meow coming, pointedly loud, from the basement. She wants us to bring the food down there, the spoiled-ass! I’m meeting her half way, she doesn’t like it but she’s got to put her delicate feet in the snow to get up on the back porch ( right next to the basement door ) to get her food. Why do I put up with that? Lol.
