Missouri Sucks

Ack, this blows! I’m grateful for this barely-there wireless connection but the cell towers are down so there’s no phone, and we don’t have long distance on our landline because we got free cell-to-cell calls in our circle with our cell plan so we never thought about needing long distance, and now I can’t even call my mom to see if she’s OK – I just can’t get through. Our power is going on and off and on and off, but luckily we’ve had it for the last 20 minutes or something like that, so the house is warming up again ( it was freaking freezing ). This happens in Missouri all the time, stupid weather – I hate seasons! I want to go back to California or go to Hawaii and say ‘screw you’ to snow and ice, lol. I think I’ve got just enough tower signal to txt my mom, I know I won’t get a whole conversation in but txting’s something at least, so I’m gonna go try it. Hope everyone else in NW Mo is ok!
