Gac for Healthy Skin?
2007 | Uncategorized
Occasionally on Beautiful Sin I try and blog about exercises, products, supplements, ect. that I’ve either tried and loved or read about and can’t wait to try, like Spirulina as a supplement and the benefits of marathon stretches for creating long, lean muscles. Well, I’ve been reading up on R.G. Skin Revitalizer, a product that uses Gâc, a cantaloupe-sized Asian fruit that contains a truely amazing amount of the natural antioxidant Beta-carotene, the tiny miracle found famously in carrots that’s been hailed as a way to fight everything from poor eyesight to cancer. Beta-carotene is broken down by the body to produce Vitamin A, and is essentially converted into a pro vitamin, which can help you boost your immune system.
Not only can your immune system benefit from beta-carotene, but said immune boost also boosts cell production and rejuvenation to help repair aging skin cells, on top of that there is a reason that carrots, Gâc and other high beta-carotene producers are so highly pigmented – that pigment provides a natural sunblock for the plant. Plus, unlike regular Vitamin A, an excess of beta-carotene isn’t toxic to your body. R.G. has put this gorgeous antioxidant in their R.G. SKin Revitalizer in the form of Gâc to help your body naturally rejuvenate cells and help give you a more healthy, youthful complexion!
