Bento Diet?

Okay, I’m having a lot of people ask me what they should be buying to go on the ‘bento diet’, and how much weight they should expect to lose, and it confuses me because not only have I never mentioned the bento diet but I’ve, in fact, never heard of it, lol. Please, please, if you are considering this diet, if it even is a diet, please ask your doctor first!
