Chicken Recipe
2008 | Food
Yay, finally! Something I’m good at! I’ve got a ton of chicken recipes , but my favorite two are my super moist oven fried chicken made with Panko, and my lemon-garlic grilled chicken that’s made on the BBQ. It’s really easy, but you’ve got to watch it crefully – no walking away! What you basically need is four whole, boneless chicken breasts, three cloves of crushed garlic, half a teaspoon of kosher salt, three tablespoons of olive oil, pepper to taste, nine lemon slices, juice from one lemon and honey. Now, combine the salt, pepper, lemon juice, crushed garlic and olive oil in a bowl and let the washed chicken breasts marinate in it for at least an hour in the frige. Once they’re done, place them side by side on a piece of tin foil and lay on top of each 1 sprig of fresh rosemary, three lemon slices, and a bit of the marinate. Now close up the tin foil and put it on your BBQ and close the lid – 20 minutes on low flame until the juice runs clear, then hike up the flame and seer the chicken directly on the grill on both sides for one minute each side. Let it rest for 10 minutes and voila!
