San Diego Memories

Meh, I’m already wanting the summer to arrive, even though, to be honest, I wouldn’t have the money to go on vacation and definately wouldn’t be able to take the time off work ( we don’t get benefits or vacations ), but just the arrival of summer brings back fond memories of summers by the pool in San Diego with my step sister and her family. We’d go to Sea World and out to get ice cream, I remember one time we went to play miniature golf on the most beautiful, temperate evening at sunset and the sky was dark but the horizon was ablaze in orange and red, and it was warm but there was a slightly cool breeze – it was perfect. I so wish I could live in that moment, I miss living in Southern California.

I think one of these days I’ll just have to save up and go on one of those sightseeing tours from Trusted Tours & Attractions when I have some vacation time. Their tours cover a lot of major tourist towns, including San Diego tours, which is exactly what I’m looking for. Plus they’re doing a promotion right now where you can enter yourself to win a handheld GPS just by signing up for the newsletter – now don’t tell me that doesn’t rule!
