Dofu is My Friend

So, Laota and I’ve had our first taste of Dofu last night. It was sweet, it was coconut, it was white – it was fabulous. It’s like a sweet, fruity JunkIt ( remember me, 1982? ), but it’s a lot easier to make and it’s tastier by far than JunkIt or other milk and gelatin products we’ve tried, and it sets fast and looks so cute in our little Hello Kitty bento dessert cups that have been itching for a dessert besides Jell-O, lmao. Not that there’s anything wrong with Jell-O, especially if, like us, you have peach, but Dofu Delight is definately a superior treat – I need to spend money and buy more, lol.
