Wok This Way

Ahh, I don’t have a long post since I’ve got something new to play with, but I’m sooo giddy! Laota and I got our wok today, and it’s huge – perfect for our needs, perfect depth, perfect size and it was so cheap. We just bought it a few days ago, so the shipping is also perfect. I can’t wait to start making fried gyoza in this! Wish me dumplings, I’m off to play with my new pan.
