It’s the new year, and you know what? I really should feel the need to start getting back into some kind of a slimmer, woman-y shape – as if I’m not really late on that scene, lol. I’ve got a thousand reasons why I haven’t, and to be honest the only *real* reason is that I banged my legs up so bad I couldn’t walk, I put on weight and it’s always hurt too much to exercise and get rid of it. But that doesn’t excuse my eating habits, which are horrible and have formed in the last two years because, let’s face it, when you can’t shake the weight you just kind of give up. I’ve always been the kind of person who had to eat half the calories my friends were eating and exercise three times as much just to maintain my weight, and while that’s really not fair ( stupid genetics – my mom’s the same way ), it shouldn’t give me an excuse to quit trying.
I’m thinking of checking out Weight-Loss-Diet-Help.com for a new diet plan, just to give me a push in that direction. I seriously do need help with this, and this site not only has articles and tips about losing the bulge, permanently, but they’ve also got a lot of cool features like healthy weight loss advice and even 25% off coupon for use at Weight Watchers Online – hurry, it expires on January 31, 2008!
