Ham, tah dah!
2008 | Food
Ham. We bought ham. Not a lot of ham, just what we could afford which was a one pound water-packed ham-in-a-can situation from Dutch Colony, which I almost didn’t buy because…Dutch. Anyway, we’re planning on using it in make-shift gyoza which we’ll be making in our brand new, wait for it…wok! Laota and I splurged and bought a wok, as I’d mentioned earlier, which technically isn’t new but it’s new to us and it was in *such* good condition, and it was cheap and had most of the essentials. We still need a brass spider, cooking chopsticks and a bamboo cleaning brush deally. We’ll probably get a second wok, one that’s a bit stronger for heavy use, but this one’s perfect for everyday. I’ll have pictures up as soon as I can get some time to upload my new bento pics – the pics will be up on Hanamachi Lights, which is coming along nicely. ![]()
BEFORE YOU COMMENT: Please understand that, though I'm all for free speech, I'm also busy and downright mean. Because of this I will not tolerate offensive, inappropriate or hateful comments. I'll warn you and delete the offensive part, but if you repeat the offense I'll probably ban you from the domain. I'm sorry, but I just don't have time for spam, racism, and so on and so on. Just to note: What I find offensive? Is what we'll call offensive, this being my blog and all. ;)
You said Ham and the first thing that came to mind is this. Watch it, or die.
