Spring Festival

Happy new year, all! I’ve ended up working all day but that’s fine, so long as my mother stops calling me to bother the hell out of me I should be OK, lol.

I should have swept up last night, I know this now, I’d forgotten about not being able to sweep up the house for a couple of days so that I don’t sweep the good fortune away. I really need ot start preparing better for holidays, lol. I love Spring Festival, though, I wish they celebrated it out here but Laota and I have decided to go ahead and celebrate by our lonesomes – we’ve made it a tradition, and it’s been fun thus far. This year we’ll be trying to keep up with all of the Spring festivities, but Odin knows we’ll probably miss some, lol.
