Appliances, Whee!

Argh, my wrist hurts – and yet I type on, lol. For no reason, really, except for that I’m giddy over being able to afford appliances. I just bought a new toaster and a new coffee maker and I’m gonna get a new Brita filter pitcher ( not really an appliance ) today or tomorrow, depending on how cold it is and how long I have to work. I’m appliance crazy, though, once I get one I want them all, lol.

What annoys me is that we have to replace our Pur pitcher because, and no I’m not screwing with your head here, my town is so small and tiny that the one and only store in town didn’t even sell water filter pitchers, and then when they finally did (we literally waited for years) they only carried Brita. Pew! I really don’t like Brita versus Pur, I’ve become quite a fan of the Pur brand and it annoys me to have to switch back. Rawr.

Laota and I have been discussing appliances, and we know we want a mini dishwasher countertop dish washer and we know we need an electric skillet, but the one appliance we’ve decided we’re smitten with is this toaster over we saw at the store that has a bagel/toaster slot on top – must have!
