Bulk Foods?
2008 | Family, Food, Money
Laota and I have been dealing with a severe lack of cash and food, as you know I’m sure, and part of the problem is that we’re not mobile – we don’t have access to a car, the nearest WalFart is 30 miles away and we always have time constraints, so we’re thinking about going to Honeyville Grain or Lord’s Warehouse ( Mormon ) and seeing if we can’t start getting bulked up on bulk goods to keep us for awhile. We can just start stockpiling, then we won’t have to worry about food – just add water.
Honeyville’s got powdered egg and milk, and chocolate milk – all in cans – and smoothies. You know how I love smoothies. When I get paid I’m going to get a can of milk, a can of eggs and a can of Tropical Monsoon ( pineapple/coconut ) smoothie mix. Yay!
BEFORE YOU COMMENT: Please understand that, though I'm all for free speech, I'm also busy and downright mean. Because of this I will not tolerate offensive, inappropriate or hateful comments. I'll warn you and delete the offensive part, but if you repeat the offense I'll probably ban you from the domain. I'm sorry, but I just don't have time for spam, racism, and so on and so on. Just to note: What I find offensive? Is what we'll call offensive, this being my blog and all. ;)
