Now the basement is flooding again, and we just got the hot water heater turned back on a few days ago! Actually, it’s never turned on high enough so we end up with luke warm water at the very best, but mostly live with freezing water. I need to have the guy who lit the pilot down there show me how to do it and how to make it hotter, but we don’t have decent wiring down there so it’s dark as hell, and me without a flashlight.

I kind of want to get one of those Surefire new flashlights from lapolicegear.com, just because they’re police issue and it just makes me want one, lol. I’m such a guy, I love stuff like that! One way or another I need a new flashlight and some decent galoshes so I can fix that thing.
