Go Green While You Clean

I wish I could hire a maid sometimes, honestly, but I can’t. And living in the buttcrack of the Midwest, USA, is a good way to get a home that’s so dirty that a neat freak like me is always surrounded by bleach fumes which, I suppose, would be the number one explaination for my weirdness, lol. The fumes got to me! But with all the mold from the humidity and constant flooding, and the bugs from living near a creek and, also, humidity and constant flooding and then the fact that the town’s so small it has almost no sidewalks and a lot of dirt roads all equals out to a mess that takes up a lot of my free time and, honestly, I just need to rest. I can’t avoid my chores, because if I did it would pile up around me and I’d jump out the window and fly off into the sun and explode, lol.

But this tiny little town has one, and only one, thing to be proud of and that’s the grocery stores have jumped on the reusable ‘green’ shopping bag bandwagon and that’s at least a little something they’re doing for the earth, even if people out here don’t believe in global climate change so they use the 99 cent bags as purses and get plastic bags anyway, lol. Something good you can do for the environment, though, is to try out the Dirt Devil AccuCharge by the people over at the iconic Dirt Devil . It’s not expensive, plus the fact that it uses about 70% less energy now, it’s the very first cordless vac to earn the Energy Star energy saving approval. That definately makes it green friendly!
