I used to be such a health nut. In my teens especially, I loved exercise and I’d regularly O.D. on it but ever since I screwed up my leg a few years back and haven’t been able to walk right I have to admit that I just kind of let myself go. Granted, I still don’t walk right and it’s still painful to exercise but I’ve been trying my best the last year to get back into a decent routine but I keep falling far short of my goals and that just drives me mad.
I kind of want to try the XFLOWSION system. It claims to be the only exercise program that, due to combined martial arts, – dance moves and power yoga, – is efficient enough to help you achieve spectacular results in a third of the time it would take you to get the same results with a regular exercise routine.
Not only do they have Triple Training on their side, but they also have the help of Eric Paskel, trainer to the Stars, who not only provides fitness help but also uses his background in psychology to help you get over the ‘plateau’ hump with Plateau Blast. This is more than something I’m interested in, in fact I almost crave it. I need to get back into shape, might as well go all out, right? One of these days I won’t be broke and I’ll be able to afford it.
