That’s it. I’m tired of my ISP. Tired of them! They took 2 and a half weeks to come out here and set up my net/cable/phone package and on top of that the net didn’t work for two days ( I had to have them come BACK to fix it ), and they were rude to us while they were here. They broke my favorite wrought iron and frosted glass Chinese-style 1920s lantern and acted annoyed when I came in and asked what happened, like I was wasting their time by asking about something so stupid. PLUS the phone still won’t dial out! I can recieve calls but not make them, and they’ve spent a week and a half not coming out to fix it. This is ridiculous!
I wish I could go with Charter and get my phone, television and high speed services from a company with a better reputation! Unfortunately I don’t live in the right area so I can’t at the moment. I also can’t sign up for the gorgeous and GREEN 2009 Civic Hybrid they’re giving away. Get’s 45 mpg on the highway to help reduce those pesty emissions and help you save on gas at the same time, and worth $24,000. Unfortunately you’ve got to sign up for their services to enter, but they’ve got great services and if you’re looking to switch what better time than the present?
