The Battle of Artsy Fartsy
2008 | Movies
Argh, grr, argh. I’m trying to work and I’m being nothing but bothered by someone who wants to talk and talk and talk. Of course, when it comes down to me wanting to talk the person can’t wait to let me know that they’re busy – far too busy to listen to me. As if talking is somehow annoying only when it’s me, they can’t hear themselves. I hate that.
At least I’m getting a little treat while I work. I’m watching the Project Greenlight making of “The Battle of Shaker Heights” and Shia LaBeouf is just adorable. Like a little firecracker, he lights up the screen whenever he’s on and everyone else are basically pretentious twats going on and on about how important hey are and how important their project is. Don’t get me wrong, I love that movie, but the crew are serious douche bags, lol.
It’s just that kind of people. Argh. I hate ‘art’ people. You know, people who live their art. Broadway people are the worst – I am no fan, lol. People who are so up their own asses, and who use what knowledge they’ve got of their art form – not to inspire or entertain, but to keep other people out of it. Like it’s an exclusive club. I wouldn’t fart about that if you paid me, lol.
BEFORE YOU COMMENT: Please understand that, though I'm all for free speech, I'm also busy and downright mean. Because of this I will not tolerate offensive, inappropriate or hateful comments. I'll warn you and delete the offensive part, but if you repeat the offense I'll probably ban you from the domain. I'm sorry, but I just don't have time for spam, racism, and so on and so on. Just to note: What I find offensive? Is what we'll call offensive, this being my blog and all. ;)
