Punch Up Your Blog

I’m really not big on blog promotion and traffic, I never have cared all that much, so I don’t really post images in my blog posts which is something that I’ve heard time and time again you should do if you want a successful blog. Part of the reason I don’t post images is the hassle, let’s be honest about this, I’m quite lazy lol. Also there’s the whole copyright infringement thing. Well as it turns out, there’s a quick fix for that and the fix is AcoBox.

AcoBox.com provides bloggers with a large, searchable archive for gorgeous images that they can add to their blog posts for free. In fact the blog pictures they provide are not only free, optimized for the web and readily available to use through a simple copy paste of even simpler code, but they’re also all fully licensed so you’re not accidentally breaking any laws by using them.

If I had one criticism, which of course I do, it would be that the embed code isn’t valid XHTML, which is kind of an issue for me but luckily you can edit the code after the fact if you know what you’re doing. Plus the image is available in 5 sizes, so you don’t even have to resize to add a little life to your post. Very nice site, I’d definitely recommend it!
