This is one of those blog posts where, because the holidays are coming up, all I can think about in this world are all the nifty things I want. Selfish? Yes, very. But true, and while I’ve got zero chance of getting anything at all on my list, I thought I would be greedy and write my list down anyway. Humor me, lol.

Basically, I’m not someone who’s really all that extravagant in their spending. I never have been, but that’s likely because I don’t make much money so I’ve gotten used to not buying things unless I absolutely need them, and even then it’s almost always a toss up between two things I need and the one I need more wins. If it weren’t for online ventures, I really don’t know how I’d survive, and part of those online ventures includes my ability to keep on blogging.

The issue with blogging is that I’ve got severe arthritis in both of my hands, as well as almost every other part of my body, and it makes blogging very difficult for me, especially when the weather gets cold and my joints start acting up. that’s one of the reasons I’m drawn to Dragon Naturally Speaking, a product that allows you to type anything and everything from emails to instant messages, blogs and beyond, all with the power of speech. From what I can tell, you just talk to your PC and it will type out everything you’re saying as you’re saying it, with 99% accuracy! Imagine how many pain pills that would save me? I’ve embedded a video player from Youtube that has several Dragon videos on it, my favorite of which is the Install video ( just give it a second to load then click the right arrow twice to get to it ). So you can see why I’m in love with the idea of this. If I had to make a wish list, Dragon would be third from the top after the Eagle Eye 2 Disc DVD Box Set and a pastel blue Mamegoma bento with matching hashi and bag.
