Ugh, pining. Not so much as a text from The Boyfriend in days, which is my fault because I’m always unavailable, but I’m in the middle of a gripe here, lol.
We’re both so booked 24/7 that we never see eachother anymore, which I think is harder on me than it is on him because I’m kind of obessed with the man. More than ten years and the spark isn’t gone, or even dulled. I want him as much now as I ever did, more even, and it seems like he becomes more affectionate with me every year. I guess that’s weird term for what I’m talking about, but I don’t know how else to describe it – we’re not affectionate the way most couples are. That, too, is my fault. I’m not a very touchy, feely or even hand hold-y person. I can barely stand to hug my beloved sister Laota ( who, in turn, has become withdrawn from human contact ), and while Wil is the exception to my “Touchy, Me no likey” way of life I think it had strained things a bit at the beginning that I was, and still am to an extent, no fan of romance and no fan of people.
So, now that we’ve covered the part where I suck and have driven the people around me into a state of isolation, let’s get back to my whine lol. I’m hoping with Spring coming we’ll have more time to spend together, but I just don’t see it happening. I’ve got to resurrect one of Bossman’s sites, they’ve got a campaigne coming up ( Guess who gets to run the foundation without pay? Me! Yay! ) and I’m trying to rebuild a freelance business. I guess I’ll sleep when I’m dead, but I’d like to not have to resort to that, lol.
