Client Woes

I’ve decided I hate clients, lol. No, that’s not true. Just the people who don’t understand how the internet works but they’re so sure they do that no matter how you try to help them solve their problems, they don’t want to hear any solutions that don’t fit into their idea of what the problem is – even if they’re dead wrong.

This chick, dude, her firewall is super aggressive and it blocks a lot of websites from her view. Well, now it’s blocked her website and she’s claiming that it’s our server that’s the problem. P.S., this very website is hosted on the very same server as hers is. Very, very same. Obviously the servers aren’t down, at least not this one. Of course she’s got to argue with me. UGH. I wanna go to sleep, lol.
