Ahh! Vacataion time!
2009 | Family, Friends, Holidays, Travel
Vacation time, vacation time, vacation time! Okay, not for me but I love this time of year anyway. I adore the slightly warm weather, and the newfound sunshine after all of this snow and rain. I’m not insanely fond of the bugs, but it is what it is, lol.
I can’t afford to take vacations – ever, actually. Which you get used to be it’s kind of a sad situation if you ever find yourself just thinking about it I work so much that my life ends up being wasted indoors, I don’t even have time to go out to eat and even if I did have the time, I don’t have the money and I live in the middle of nowhere with no transportation so there’s no chance of even finding a place to eat at. Whoo, I depressed myself for a second there, lol.
What I wouldn’t give to be bound for SeaWorld right now. I spent some of my youth in San Diego and various spots in L.A., because of which I’ve got a severe and childish love of theme parks, and this time of year always means one thing to me – rollercoasters. One I’ve wanted to go on for ages but haven’t gotten the chance to ride is the amazing looking Manta opening this may at SeaWorld – yes, May. That’s days away, Ladies and Gents!
Actually SeaWorld has an incentive to ride this magnificent beast, and that incentive is free “Front-of-the-line” passes you can obtain for doing some fun task-basd activities over at RideManta.com – if you plan on a SeaWorld trip, do yourself a favor and check it out!

Ringing In The Summer
| Blogging, Random, Religion
I can’t believe how late in the year it is already. I know this is a random post for people who don’t celebrate this holiday, but in less than two days it’ll be Beltane! I love that holiday, it’s one of my favorites! Unfortunately the actual rituals and rites that my family uses to observe are too sacred to share online (I’m not Wiccan, so they aren’t already all over the net, lol) but I couldn’t let the day go by without waving at it!
Merry Beltane, everyone!

Review of Wicked Profits
| Money
Well, I’ve got a bit of an odd duck post for you today, because I usually don’t review this kind of website so this should be a treat for anyone looking to get involved in the markets. I have just had the opportunity to go to wickedprofits.com and check the website out thoroughly for a review.
I have to say, I don’t really know much about markets. I don’t really understand trading strategy and I don’t understand the ins and outs of the market. I’m no good with this kind of thing, because markets just happen to be one of those subjects that has never been presented to me in such a way that is simple enough for me to grasp. I’m not an idiot, but I am the type of person who excells in one area and is fairly incapable in many others. Because of this, I don’t entirely understand what Wicked Profits means by saying that the objective they have is to make a 4% return each month, while keeping up a ration (high win ration) of 80% – in fact, if I hadn’t gone to the website and read up in the extensive FAQ I probably would have been totally lost on the website.
The site is really easy to navigate and loads extremely fast. Plus it’s informative enough so that someone like me, a laymen in the hows and whys of the markets, didn’t have an awful time trying to figure out what they’re all about. I do have to say, though, that their design is fairly outdated and a bit messy. And while it loads quickly and it’s easy to find your way around, that’s only half the battle. It’s a great website, but could really use an upgrade layout-wise!

Ew @ Today
2009 | Food, Pain, Rants
I am so tired. I can’t even wrap my brain around why I’m still awake, but I don’t really have any choice which is the worst part of all of this. I can’t even force myself to do things I want to do, I end up working all the time and never make any time for myself. Not even time to sleep.
Hopefully Bossman will let me actually keep some of my days off, or actually let me sleep through an entire night without bothering the hell out of me over some stupid BS he could easily handle by himself. Meeeh.
