I’m so sleepy today. I’ve been awake all night working, well for almost 30 hours, and I need a break. All I do all night is man the call center support for a web hosting company and it drains me.

There’s only one thing, I think, that’s worse than being in the mosh pit of customer service (and trying to identify with and sympathize with your callers) and that’s trying to get the buzz out about a new web hosting company without having to pay for inclusion like so many directories require. I may submit the hosting company’s website to the web hosting rating directory over at webhostingrating.com and get the word out about our fantastic customer support from the people who’s opinion matters the most – our clients!

Plus you get great features there when on the hunt for a host of your own, like the ability to comment on any host listed with a fair, honest high-to-low star approval rating so that others know what to watch out for. It’s so very cool that you can go online, read up at webhostingrating.com and have your web host rated by real users and clients. It gets the word out, it helps clients find the perfect fit and helps web hosts realize where they could be improving. Very cool!
