Infrared Saunas for Arthritis?

2009 | Beauty, Health, Home and Garden

I don’t know if anyone out there has ever been to an Infrared Sauna or not, but I’ve been reading up about them and I’ve got to say they’re starting to look really appealing.

See, I’ve got horrible back problems and extremely painful rheumatoid arthritis, and I’m at the point where it’s so painful that I’m willing to try anything to stop the pain, even if it’s only for a little while. Well, I’m reading at the Midwest Saunas website about all of the things that using a quality far infrared sauna can treat, and I’m wondering if I should invest in one?

It says they treat things like joint stiffness and body pain, ulcers, high blood pressure and would be ideal for my rheumatoid arthritis! Plus they treat ailments that I had no idea could be treated by a sauna, like sunburns, hepatitis, high blood pressure and menstrual pains. Heck, you can even burn up to 900 calories in a half an out and unclog your pores in one of these things!

All in all it sounds like it would be a good investment, and the prices aren’t that high though I’m living paycheck to paycheck right now so it would be something I’d have to save up for slowly. It sounds like it’s worth it!
