Spa Wishes

I’m getting tired of having no time for myself. I don’t get to do the little everyday pampering everyone else in the free world gets, and even if I did have the time I just don’t have the money to give myself the little things. Heck, I can barely afford a $2 bottle of generic body lotion let alone spring for any kind of fun day at a spa.

That’s what I want to do, though, I’d love a spa day. I need a peel so badly because right now there’s nothing standing between my skin and whatever they make shoes out of except for the laws of nature, lol. I’ve heard of all kinds of things you can do at a day spa but since I’ve never been to one I don’t know what half of them are. Okay I know what botox injections are, but what about Chicago botox parties? I’m not against botox in any way (actually I think it’s great that we live in a time when you can have a bit of your youth back) but they aren’t for me. However, being 29 I suppose this would be the time to start getting them, and I bet you anything later on down the road I’ll be mad at myself for passing it up but in my defense I’m too poor for them.
