A Most Underrated Website
2009 | Beauty, Business, Health, Work
I’ve talked about this website before, and I’ll likely talk about it over and over because I can’t get enough of it. I’m not a nurse (though I do have several pals in the profession), but the tips and tricks on Scrubs Magazine could easily be applied to any work environment, because they are some of the handiest, healthiest and most respectful I’ve ever come across.
Scrubs Magazine is an online zine for men and women in the health care profession who need help taking the time to care for themselves as well as others.
For example, if you’ve never been to the website before you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find that Scrubs, while devoted to giving care to our caregivers, teaches you everything from waking up looking younger and refreshed to make up tips for nurses that I consider good tips for looking classy but clean and fresh in an hectic workplace no matter where you work.
You can find out just about anything you need to know there to care for yourself in a harsh environment. In fact the last time I was there I learned about re-hydrating my hands, which OCD causes me to over-wash, and the tricks really work! I’d recommend this website to anyone!

BEFORE YOU COMMENT: Please understand that, though I'm all for free speech, I'm also busy and downright mean. Because of this I will not tolerate offensive, inappropriate or hateful comments. I'll warn you and delete the offensive part, but if you repeat the offense I'll probably ban you from the domain. I'm sorry, but I just don't have time for spam, racism, and so on and so on. Just to note: What I find offensive? Is what we'll call offensive, this being my blog and all. ;)
