I’m perminantly in the market for an apartment. The fact that there seem to be none here (you’d be hard pressed to find anything you need out here in the boonies) makes the whole thing even more difficult. What bugs me is that there’s something new I could be using but I don’t have the ever elusive iPhone because I’m dirt poor, lol. But it’s a great and innovative, 100% FREE GPS location-based apartment rental search app you can get right now from MyNewPlace in the iPhone app store. Oh yeah, free is the best price ever!
Not only is this free and super handy, you can do something really cool with it. Let’s say you’ve used this app and found a great looking apartment. You go to check it out and the listing photos are WAY better than the location is. Well it’s got Facebook Connect built right into it and you can use your camera and keypad to take notes about the place and photos so you can talk it up or down to your friends by posting photos and comments to Facebook directly onto property listings.
