As you know, I don’t get the privilege of living near franchise wars – meaning no restaurants here, no mega marts at all. In fact, the newest store in town (making it a total of 2 stores in the city limits) is the brand new Dollar General up by the highway (nice place, but you can’t exactly buy clothes there). Which means I have no access to the one store that I want access to right now, which is Kmart.
I’ll give you that Kmart’s not usually the kind of place I buy my clothes, and the reason is that the clothes they have don’t reflect my style at all (I tend towards vintage, Rockabilly and post-war styles and they’re hard to find at a mega-mart style family store, however nice it may be) but right now they’re having a sale tomorrow (August 8, 2009) ONLY, and you can get special offers all day long. In fact, they’ve got over 40 Bluelight Specials in-store throughout the day and you can find offers at Kmart.com if you’re like me and you can’t get to a physical store location.
