Bwahaha, the first of my new wordpress themes and it just so happens to be Justin Bieber. This theme comes with PSD of the header file, widgetized and tabbed sidebars, and even a minimal options panel. You’re free to modify it for your own use so long as you retain the credit and link back, but it is not to be sold by anyone but moi. If you use it, I’d love to see it!
